Bookings are accepted in the name of the person on the booking form and are not transferable.

Visa, MasterCard and Switch accepted. Cheques must be backed with a guarantee card.
The proprietors are relieved of responsibility and financial liability in the event of Caravan/Caravan Pitch booked in good faith, not being available owing to storm or fire or other cause beyond the control of the proprietors. In such an event the deposit and any balance of booking payment already paid will be refunded and every effort made to ind alternative similar accommodation.
It is a condition that the proprietors are relieved for any loss or damage sustained by clients on their property.
Well-behaved dogs are accepted providing they are kept on a lead at all times and exercised in either the dog walks provided or off the park. Dogs must not be left unattended. No dangerous breeds.
No firearms or offensive weapons of any kind are allowed on the park.
The proprietors are relieved of responsibility and financial liability for any goods left behind after departure, although every effort will be made to forward any articles left.
Touring Pitches, Pods and Caravans must be left clean and tidy and vacated by the times on the Booking Form. Damages and losses must be paid for before departure.
We ask all customers to act with consideration for others, to observe Park Rules printed on the receipts and to keep the park and toilet blocks quiet, clean and tidy.
Any person who, in the view of the Proprietors causes undue disturbance or fails to keep dogs under control will be asked to leave.
Visitors must check in at reception and are bound by site rules, displayed on site and on reverse of receipt. Visitors staying overnight will be charged normal site fees and acceptance is at our discretion.
The speed limit on the park is 10mph. All vehicles must conform to the Road Trafic Act and have current Tax, MOT and Insurance. No recreational vehicles can be used on the park including motorised scooters.
Holiday stays only, maximum three week stay. We are unable to provide accommodation for work purposes.
A non-smoking policy applies in all buildings and caravans.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Seasonal opening hours apply to restaurant and shop.
Private water supply – Low pressure maybe experienced at certain times.
We reserve the right to close a park facility without prior notice in unforeseen circumstances.
Holiday caravan, touring and camping is on a holiday basis only and not to be used for work purposes, a tenancy is not created.

The Company shall be allowed access to the Property at any reasonable time for essential maintenance or required inspections. Wherever possible, this will be by prior arrangement with the Occupier.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, more than 3 weeks prior to arrival, the customer will be liable to forfeit the deposit, but will not be charged for the remainder of the booking.
In the event of cancellation 3 weeks or less before arrival, or fail to check in (“no show”) or leave before the due departure date, we reserve the right to retain the full balance paid for the whole of the booking, less any costs saved by us as a result of your cancellation, for example, if we are able to re-let your accommodation.
Cancellations must be made or confirmed in writing.

Booking Notes
Families and couples only, no single sex groups permitted, (family groups are only accepted at the discretion of the manager). No teenagers without parental supervision. Dogs accepted on a lead. (See above). Advance booking is advisable and essential at Bank Holidays from June to September. *Whilst every effort will be made to ensure you receive your requested pitch number, we regret we cannot always guarantee this. The shop will close on Monday 11th November.
